The TecLease

The TecLease is offered to small and medium sized off-shore non-US companies that have healthcare related devices, products, and services that are certified and successful in their respective domestic markets. The lease specifies three agreements:

1. Facilities: The Lessee agrees that their US presence will be established on the TecFarm campus. This includes offices, short-term housing, assembly, and light-manufacturing.

2. Representation:The TecFarm will provide advisory services related to securing US approval for the distribution of the Lessee’s healthcare related devices, products, and services. Once approved the TecFarm will advise on market strategies and domestic partnerships.

3. Humanitarian: Concurrent with securing the required US licenses and approvals the Lessee agrees to discount and distribute their devices, products, and services for immediate humanitarian utilization.
